Fast Flow, Strong Foundations
Scaling Shared Understanding in an AI-Accelerated World
Software delivery is accelerating. AI can generate code, tests and documentation in seconds. But speed alone does not create alignment. When artefacts become cheap, shared understanding becomes fragile. And without shared understanding, intent gets lost. At Living Documentation Event 2026, we explore how to scale shared understanding in an AI-accelerated world.
How do we keep conversations at the heart of BDD while using AI responsibly? How can AI support Living Documentation without replacing the collaboration that gives it meaning? How do we prevent faster generation from leading to faster misalignment and diluted intent?
If anything, Living Documentation becomes more important here, not less. When everything moves faster, the foundations must become stronger. Otherwise, we just move faster in the wrong direction. If you care about clarity, collaboration and quality in a world that refuses to slow down, this is where the conversation continues.
